The conference will take place at the Academic Lecture Hall of Yifu Technology Building in Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications(CQUPT), a prominent university acknowledged by its centre of excellent in information science and technology in and out of China.

BREAKFAST: Hotel buffet

Chongqing Vanyao Hotel (重庆万垚酒店) will serve as the main hotel hosting, registration and networking breaks. Backed by Nanshan and adjacent to Nanbin Road, the hotel provides you with a comfortable holiday place in the modern city. For non-Chinese participants: Please send the booking information (name/check-in date/check-out date/room type/ the quantity of rooms) to email: hongzhang@cqupt.edu.cn.  All non-Chinese participants are recommended to book this hotel.

Participants can also use Ctrip, Fliggy and other platforms to book Chongqing Vanyao Hotel. However, it is recommended to book Chongqing Vanyao Hotel using our recommended method.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME

Check-in time is 2:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is 12:00 Noon of the day of departure. Should you wish to check out after the normal check-out time, you will be subject to 50% discount of the Group’s rate if check-out time is before 6:00pm.  If it is after 6:00pm, you will be subject to 100% of the group rate.
